Dermastamp is the latest medical automated needling device recommended for collagen induction and scar reduction. It uses very fine needles of the highest quality and a motorised handpiece to rapidly “stamp” the skin to stimulate collagen production and skin rejuvenation.
There are numerous skin needling devices in the market but none of them are automated AND feature an adjustable needle depth.
This is why Dermastamp has won awards for its innovative, unique feature where the needle lengths can be adjusted accordingly to treat different areas of the face. Our face has varying tissues depths from the thinner tissue layer of the forehead to the more voluminous cheeks.
This makes the Dermastamp a highly effective treatment for areas which are normally difficult to treat such as the eye areas which cannot be treated using lasers, microdermabrasions or peels. A shorter needle length is used here to treat the delicate eye area to reduce and soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
On the other hand, a longer needle depth allows the Dermastamp to penetrate deeper into the skin and effectively treat scars by breaking down the fibrotic scar tissue and allow natural skin regeneration.
INFUSION VIA MICRO CHANNELS
The Dermastamp system utilizes “infuse as you go” technology where instantaneous permeation of collagen-inducing ingredients is achieved via the micro channels created in the skin. These ingredients such as Hyaluronic acid and the combination of Hyaluronic acid and Platelet rich plasma (PRP), are ideal for further enhancement of the skin.
- Hyalouronic acid is an exceptional hydrator and is found naturally in our skin. As nature’s moisturizer, it can hold more than a thousand times its weight in water, resulting in intensely hydrated and plumped skin.
- Platelet-rich plasma is a concentrate of the platelet component of blood. Platelets are known for their role in the wound healing process. Once PRP is introduced into the skin, it triggers a release of growth factors to aid in skin rejuvenation to improve skin texture and its quality. Moreover, PRP enhances the healing process, resulting in decreased treatment downtime.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much downtime is there with Dermastamp?
There is little to no downtime with Dermastamp treatments, however, this can depend on the skin concerns and tissues that we are treating. For collagen induction or skin rejuvenation, you expect to be flushed (like a sunburn) for up to 24 hours after the treatment with possible red spots or blotches due to blood spotting. For treatments that involve longer needle depths for damaged deep tissue such as acne scarring or ice-pick scarring, you can expect temporary blotches or skin discolourations as blood will be drawn when targeting deep tissues. n our Most of our clients remain pink for a few hours and cover up any minor discolourations with makeup.
Can I wear makeup after Dermastamp treatments?
No makeup is to applied prior as the micro channels in the skin will remain open for at least an hour after the treatment. You may use mineral make-up 4 hours post-treatment.
How many Dermastamp treatments will I need?
Depending on the skin condition, we will recommend a minimum of five sessions performed 6 – 8 weeks apart. It is always best to speak to your clinician to work out the ideal treatment plan for you.
